MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will contribute to achieving KPIs, uphold store standards, and support cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing.

You will promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty, open and close the store, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, cash handling, merchandising.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the POS.
• Support promotions and events to meet business goals.
