Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas in the restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service, helping drive restaurant profitability. You will oversee operations, enforce company policies, procedures, programs and systems, and ensure compliance with all laws and ethical practices.

The role requires 18+, ability to work nights, weekends, and 32+ hours per week, with prior shift lead experience preferred, and Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/local or state food service certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and service.
• Manage compliance with policies, procedures, and safety practices.
• Maintain product quality, customer service, and shift coverage.
• Contribute to profitability by managing labor and costs within guidelines.
