Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant shifts, ensure quality products and customer service, and drive profitability. The role includes managing operations, enforcing company policies, and adhering to safety standards.

The Shift Leader will ensure adequate shift coverage, mentor team members, and help maintain product quality and efficient service during all hours of operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends, and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Manages operations in accordance with Company policies and systems.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical practices.
• Maintains shift coverage and provides feedback to address issues.
• Controls food and labor costs while maintaining product quality and service standards.
