Qualifications

• Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift stations to ensure quality products and proper portioning.
• Maintain product holding times and respond to customer needs.
• Manage shift coverage, provide immediate feedback, and enforce policies.
• Support cash management and inventory control to minimize loss.
