Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and proper portioning.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cost controls, including cleanliness and MCE readiness.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct problems.
• Executes cash handling and inventory tasks to minimize loss and support profitability.
