Job summary

Dunkin' in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a Shift Leader to coach restaurant team members, uphold brand standards, and deliver outstanding guest service during shifts. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to maintain efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in retail or hospitality, are at least 18, and can manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language served.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Experience managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resources.
• Assist with training of team members.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prepare them for the shift.
• Manage cash over/short following franchisee policies.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to company policies.
