Dunkin' in Vermont is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. This hands-on leadership role requires performing crew-level tasks while guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain brand standards.

You will lead opening/closing, coach crew, ensure food safety, manage cash accuracy, and support inventory while keeping guests satisfied with a clean, welcoming store.

Formación

• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Ability to coach and motivate a fast-paced team.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable to early morning shifts.
