Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Team Members during shifts and ensure execution of brand standards and guest service excellence. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team through timely feedback, while supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving daily targets and maintaining safety and quality across food and beverage preparation.

The role requires leadership experience in fast-paced environments, strong communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or local language served.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and provide timely feedback.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards during shift, including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team.
• Delegate tasks and manage resources for smooth workflow.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies promptly to protect brand image.
• Manage cash over/short and adherence to cash handling policies.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to company policies.
