Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team during a shift and ensure brand standards are met while delivering great guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team with timely feedback in a fast-paced Dunkin' Donuts environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, delegating duties, and maintaining food safety, cash handling, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift. Prior leadership experience is preferred and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
