Thorntons is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and guest service. You will act as the on-shift leader when Store Manager is absent, supervise team members, ensure safety, cash handling, and inventory controls, and drive training on standards and food safety.

You will manage multiple shifts, coach staff, uphold Thorntons’ Core Values, and coordinate with store leadership to meet goals and procedures while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Food safety knowledge and certifications preferred.
• Ability to coach and supervise team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-shift leader when Store Manager is absent and assign work.
• Deliver guest service and maintain safety standards on shift.
• Perform cash handling and shift reconciliation procedures.
• Manage inventory and stock levels; assist with loss prevention.
