Qualifications

• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shifts.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in freezer/cooler with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.

Responsibilities

• Reports to: General Manager.
• Position summary: responsible for profitable operation of a specific shift under the GM, adhering to company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age requirements and ADA.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Help maintain food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth within shift guidelines.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet guest service, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Assist GM in coordinating current operations and company initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under GM guidance.
• Ensure required programs, reports and legal documents are completed on schedule.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally to guests and staff.
