Responsibilities

• Ensure shift profitability by managing food cost, labor, and utilities.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with GM on operations and company initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under GM guidance.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and communicate issues to the GM/Owner.
