Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• Must read, speak, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure operational tasks are completed with quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in training and development for leadership roles.
• Assist GM with staffing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support financial goals and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with GM to manage restaurant operations.
