Job summary

FiveStar Bardstown is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with store management on daily operations, including customer service, food service, and marketing. The role supports training and directing customer service reps as they learn basic management duties.

Responsibilities include ensuring excellent service, promoting the FiveStar experience, assisting with training, merchandising, inventory control, safety practices, and effective communication across the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all customer service representative responsibilities.
• Promotes FiveStar treatment and suggestive selling.
• Assist in training customer service representatives.
• Educate store employees on policies and communications.
• Assist in inventory control, ensuring equipment is in good condition and safety procedures are followed.
• Support management to assure quality food operation.
• Follow-up with store staff on communications and promotions.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, pricing and signage.
