Responsibilities

• Proficient in all customer service representative responsibilities.
• Promotes the FiveStar treatment and meets customer’s needs.
• Partners with the team to provide service per policies and procedures.
• Assists in timely and thorough training of customer service representatives.
• Educate store employees and ensure inventory control and safety guidelines.
• Assist store management in ensuring inventory control methods are in place, equipment is in good condition, and safety and robbery prevention guidelines are in place.
