• Partners with FiveStar team to provide customers with service as outlined by company policies.
• Assists in timely training of customer service representatives.
• Educates store team on policies and communications.
• Assists in inventory control, equipment maintenance, and safety/robbery prevention guidelines.
• Partners with store management to ensure quality food operation.
• Follows up with staff on communications including emails and promotions.
• Responsible for merchandising, including evaluating displays and pricing.
• Educates store employees.
