Job summary

FiveStar in Radcliff, KY seeks a Shift Leader to partner with store management to learn and assist with daily operations during assigned shifts, including customer service, food service, and marketing. You will help train the customer service reps and ensure policy adherence.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, merchandising, communications, inventory control, and maintaining safe, friendly store environments with a focus on greeting customers and promoting FiveStar programs.

• Proficient in all customer service representative job responsibilities.
• Practices and promotes the FiveStar treatment (friendly atmosphere, customer’s needs met, suggestive selling).
• Partners with FiveStar team to provide customers with service as outlined by the company’s policies and procedures.
• Assists in timely and thorough training of customer service representatives.
• Assists in educating store team on policies and communications.
• Assist store management team in ensuring inventory control methods are in place, equipment is in good condition, and safety and robbery prevention guidelines are in place.
• Partners with store management team to assure quality food operation.
• Follows-up with store employees on communications, up to and including emails, weekly and monthly specials, companywide programs.
• Responsible for Merchandising up to and including evaluating displays, pricing, promotional signage.
• Educate store employees.
