Job summary

FiveStar Food Mart in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the store management team and assist with daily operations on an assigned shift, including customer service, food service, and marketing.

You will help train and direct the customer service representatives, ensure policy compliance, manage merchandising, inventory control, signage, and safety procedures, and support effective communications across the team.

• Support store management in safety and robbery prevention guidelines.
• Educate store employees on policies and communications.
• Assist in training and directing staff as required by company policy.
