Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Shift Leader in Elkton, KY who partners with store management to learn and assist with daily operations across Customer Service, Food Service, and marketing during an assigned shift.

You will mentor the customer service representatives, ensure policy adherence, manage merchandising, inventory, safety, and communications, and help educate the team while upholding FiveStar standards.
