Royal Farms is seeking a Team Leader in Bear, DE to manage store operations during on-duty periods, acting as the Person in Charge when a senior manager is not present. You will lead customer service, drive sales, ensure product availability, and oversee safety and compliance.

You will train and coach team members, coordinate shift tasks, handle POS and cash controls, and collaborate with management to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
