Royal Farms in Maryland is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations on duty, act as the Person in Charge when needed, and support the management team in customer service, product availability, and safety. You will supervise shift tasks and ensure all procedures are followed.

You will train and coach team members, oversee POS and cash controls, and ensure 24/7 foodservice programs meet quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient store environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations during shifts and act as Person in Charge when needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and coach team members.

• Ensure food service programs run smoothly and maintain safety standards.
