Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in a hospitality environment.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification may be required.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with positive attitude and clear team communication.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Motivate team to provide fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and sanitation regulations.
• Assist GM in enforcing policies at store level.
• Cover all shifts and support stations as needed.
• Organize, schedule and supervise team shifts.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and time-off requests.
• Assign duties based on roles to maximize productivity.
• Supervise staff and assist with tasks to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
• Handle staff concerns and training for new hires.
• Uphold company policies and health, safety and employment standards.
