Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is seeking a store-level supervisor to Lead by example, ensure fast and friendly service, and enforce health and safety standards. You will oversee shifts, schedule staff, and monitor performance to deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train and motivate a team in a hospitality setting, including weekends and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in a hospitality environment.
• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Management experience in hospitality and ability to lead shifts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, maintaining positivity and clear communication with the team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Motivate and guide team members to exceed customer expectations.
