Job summary

The Store Manager will drive exceptional customer service, supervise shifts, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

The role requires hospitality leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in hospitality settings.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Food Handler certification or local equivalent required.
• Experience in guest services management and leadership demonstrated.
• Willingness to work closing shifts and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with positive communication and team motivation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Supervise shifts, schedule staff, and monitor attendance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and sanitation standards.
• Assist GM with store procedures and policy enforcement.
• Provide training and performance feedback to team members.
