Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a hospitality environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Food handler certification or local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, maintaining positive communication with the team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Motivate and guide team to provide swift, friendly service.
• Enforce food safety laws and sanitation regulations.
• Assist the General Manager in enforcing store procedures and policies.
• Schedule and supervise shifts; monitor attendance and time-off requests.
• Assign duties based on roles to optimize productivity.
• Train new and existing staff on roles and responsibilities.
