Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is a growing lifestyle brand seeking a higher-performing store leader to drive guest service excellence and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training staff, ensuring food-safety compliance, and aligning with the General Manager on policies. A strong communicator with hospitality management experience is preferred, bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in a hospitality environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in management in a hospitality environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification required
• Flexibility to work closing shifts and weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with positive communication across the team
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Motivate and guide team to exceed customer expectations in a fast, clean environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and sanitation regulations
• Assist General Manager with enforcing store policies and procedures
• Cover all shifts and supervise team members' duties and time-off requests
• Assign duties based on roles and skills to optimize productivity
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to management and staff
• Train new and existing team members on duties and responsibilities
