Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When managers are offsite, you lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and maintain smooth operations.

You will focus on excellent service, merchandise presentation, and adherence to policy, while balancing weekly hours with part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and supervise the store crew, directing activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays; reset departments as needed.
