Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing daily store operations and driving customer service excellence. You will lead staff when management is absent, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, effective communication with management and crews, and adherence to company policies while upholding confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Stock shelves, merchandise and reset departments following standards.
