Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty through superior service. When managers are unavailable, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain operations smoothly.

You will supervise staff, handle customer questions, keep confidentiality, and ensure displays and pricing are up to date.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive CVS experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
