Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When managers are not onsite, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help maintain smooth operations.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, merchandise shelves, and uphold CVS customer service standards while working a full-time schedule with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and complaints.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and reset departments according to planograms (POGs).
