Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, while building customer loyalty through excellent service.

When no manager is onsite, this role leads staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintains a smooth store operation with a focus on safety and quality in every action.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed. Could respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
