CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on superior customer service. You will lead staff when managers are offsite, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

The role demands adaptability to shift schedules, strong communication, and experience supervising retail teams.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise and direct store crews; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service.
