ZAX Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to train and coach team members, create a high-performance culture, and communicate goals to the crew while maintaining safe, clean operations. The role offers $16.00-$18.00 per hour, flexible schedules, free meals on shift, meals at 50% off, early pay access, growth opportunities, and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, supervising performance, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines while delivering

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week
• Successful completion of background check
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to make sound judgements and decisions which align with company standards and values

• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Maintain an engaged, high-performance culture on shift.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff; report performance to the General Manager.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve concerns calmly.
• Foster a positive culture and morale through recognition and leading by example.
• Communicate shift goals and motivate staff to meet targets and quality.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during a shift.
• Ensure compliance with all Zaxby’s guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Receive and reconcile deliveries, stock products, and manage inventory.
• Oversee food production and cooking processes and take corrective action when needed.
• Ensure guests receive accurate orders and satisfaction is maintained.
