Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the Shift Team and ensure smooth operations. You will supervise staff, assign tasks, respond to guest concerns, and maintain quality standards across service and safety during each shift.

As a leader, you will train and coach team members, drive performance to meet benchmarks, and collaborate with management to set goals and report progress. A flexible schedule and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to make sound judgements aligning with company standards and values.

• Leadership experience preferred.
