Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Part-time: 9–28 hours per week; Full-time: 32–40 hours per week.
• Background check required.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational skills and teamwork.
• Follows time-punch policies and company standards.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with required company software and tools.
• Good problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Servant leader mindset; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift products, processes, and people to execute a shift.
