Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader for our Travelers Rest, SC store. You will partner with the General Manager to guide daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, and uphold SOP and quality standards on the floor.

You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, handle administrative tasks like deposits and inventory, and foster a positive, inclusive culture where every guest feels welcomed and every team member can grow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop Team Members while ensuring SOP and quality standards.
• Perform administrative tasks including bank deposits, inventory, and store product orders.
