Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations on assigned shifts, support team members across all areas, and ensure guests receive outstanding service. You will uphold high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork while driving efficient shift execution.

In this role, you will coach and develop staff, manage opening/closing procedures, handle cash, and contribute to daily reporting.
