Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations on assigned shifts, guiding team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting, while ensuring food safety and sanitation. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is helpful; growth opportunities exist within the brand.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.
