Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Bakery Manager to support the Bakery Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and premium cake products. You will help lead the team, ensure safety and brand standards, and contribute to daily operations and sales initiatives.

You will assist with staffing, scheduling, sourcing, and coaching to maintain a high-performing, guest‑centric environment. This role requires flexibility for varying shifts and a hands-on approach to bakery leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; some post-secondary education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and model superior guest engagement.
• Lead guest experience, cake production, brand presentation, and inventory control with Bakery Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, training, directing daily work, and coaching.
• Ensure product, service, safety, and NbC standards are upheld in bakery operations.
• Assist in operational tasks like production plans, scheduling, and payroll processing.
• Co-manage special-order fulfillment for individuals and accounts, including large orders.
• Open and close bakery, balancing cash drawers and deposits.
• Contribute to local marketing and community events as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain hands-on knowledge of all bakery roles and daily responsibilities.
