Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations on assigned shifts and support team members across all bakery areas. You will help ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding quality, cleanliness, and teamwork standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting, with a focus on food safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
