Become a Shift Leader at our new Tulsa, OK bakery located at 505 E 2nd St, Space 8, Tulsa, OK 74120. As a Shift Leader, you are the leader of our bakery during your shift, responsible for ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and team management. Your hands-on leadership will include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and engaging with customers, fostering a fun and productive environment.

What Will I Do as a Shift Leader?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations by maintaining efficiency, communicating effectively, and coaching team members
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
