We are looking for a Shift Leader to help operate our restaurant daily. You will support the General and Assistant Managers, ensure smooth shifts, and assist in team training and performance initiatives. Providing exceptional customer service is key to keeping our customers satisfied.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily restaurant operations
• Assisting in team training and development
• Ensuring excellent customer service

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and ServSafe certification is a plus
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the restaurant environment
