Job Summary:

Our Shift Leaders are key to operating our restaurants daily. You will support the General and Assistant Managers, ensuring every shift runs smoothly. You will also assist team members through performance and training initiatives. Your exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to comfortably withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
