Description

Position Summary: Shift Leaders provide direct supervision and ensure all crew members work efficiently and effectively during their shift. They do not have a minimum hour requirement.

Primary Responsibilities

The following duties are representative but not exhaustive:

1. Adhere to restaurant performance standards, ensure crew members are actively working, regulate workflow, and support labor goals.
2. Resolve guest concerns promptly, determine if customer credit is necessary, and document decisions for audits.
3. Meet guest needs by ensuring adequate food prep, accurate delivery times, timely table clearing, and courteous guest interactions.
4. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, including proper glove use, cleanliness, and proper food storage.
5. Verify crew compliance with uniform and safety guidelines.
6. Perform shift tasks such as cash handling, deposits, and end-of-shift reports.
7. Ensure safety and security of all personnel, guests, products, and cash.
8. Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, ordering, and inventory assistance.
9. Assist in training and developing crew members.

Experience/Education & Certification

Physical Demands

• Ability to exert force up to 50 pounds, perform standing, walking, and other physical activities.
