Job summary

DashMart is looking for a motivated Shift Lead to support site management in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will own shifts, delegate tasks, maintain inventory and safety, and lead Operations Associates in warehouse and light kitchen duties.

You’re organized, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and proficient with Google Docs and Sheets. Base pay is $25.65 per hour, with benefits, PTO, 401(k), gym reimbursement, and a monthly DashPass for employees.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-motivating skills.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse, food service, or retail environments.
• Ability to interpret and act on shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy.
