Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to run daily warehouse and light kitchen operations, supervise the team, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will own shifts, safeguard inventory, train teammates, and resolve issues for Dasher pickups while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and high quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college diploma a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
• 18+ years of age and available to work varied shifts.
• Food handling certificate training provided by DoorDash.
• Experience in food, warehouse, or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Own your shift: manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups; communicate with customers as needed.
• Lead Operations Associates and ensure safe, productive performance during shifts.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks; set a positive, professional example for the team.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
