Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash-owned local fulfillment center, seeks a Shift Lead to supervise shifts in a fast-paced warehouse and light preps. You will manage tasks, inventory, safety, and training while delivering quality orders and a great customer experience.

Lead a team, model professionalism, and drive day-to-day operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will be on your feet, able to lift up to 50 lbs, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for pay increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college diploma optional.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use pallet jack/hand truck.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Organized, with flexible schedule and teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety and training.
• Ensure orders are accurate and communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates, guiding safe and productive work during shifts.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks, engaging respectfully with team and customers.
• Suggest improvements to operations and customer experience.
