Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to join DashMart. You will own shifts, delegate tasks, maintain inventory, and support both warehouse and light kitchen work.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in orders, and professional interactions with team and customers. Ideal candidates are 18+, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, familiar with Google Docs/Sheets, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment with training provided for food handling certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Food handling certification (training provided) preferred or obtainable.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily issues as needed.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher handoffs.
• Maintain inventory and asset accountability; support both warehouse and kitchen tasks.
