Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart unit is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain safety and quality standards while mentoring team members.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and coordinating with Dashers and customers. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team, support process improvements, and help deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack/hand truck.
• High school diploma or GED; college diploma is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and communications with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity and acting as the escalation point.
• Support warehouse and kitchen operations, lead by example, and maintain a positive, safe atmosphere.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
