You will guide team members, ensure order accuracy, and engage with customers as needed. The role requires high school level education, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with basic Google Docs/Sheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Food handling certificate obtainable through employer training.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and operating basic warehouse equipment.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail settings preferred.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates and serve as escalation point for daily operations.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and model professional interactions.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
